Manage Car Hire Booking

If you have already made a booking with us and you want to manage your booking, please use the following sections.

1. You can look up your voucher in this section, by completing either the Reference Number field, or the Email Address field. This document is important, as you have to present it on pick up, at the rental office.

2. You can cancel the booking with at least 48 hours notice (prior to pick up date). Please read the Cancellation Terms and Conditions before proceeding.

3. If you want to change any information in your booking, you must send a request to the AutoCarHire.com Customer Support. We cannot guarantee that all the amendments can be done, but we promise that we will try our best to keep our customers happy.

Also, please keep in mind that we cannot make any changes after the car has been picked up and that we cannot give you a refund if you decide to end your rental early. If the rental period will need to extended (dates not included in , please note, that you will have to pay directly to the car rental agency that are in effect at that time.
