Saint Mary’s Church was also destroyed during the war but it was rebuilt and its altar and paintings were designed and made by Conrad van Soest, the city’s premier artist.
The 13th century St. Reinold’s Church is dedicated to St. Reinold, the city’s patron saint, the building’s main characteristic being its Bell Tower which offers a great panorama of the city once you reach the top.
