Other points of interest are the rotunda church which was built to honor St. John the Baptist can be seen in the village of Xeqkija and it is the largest church on the island.
Some less religious attractions include the many fortifications built throughout the centuries on the island which include citadels, bastions, as well as grain silos and raid shelters.
