This was the first time that the public could see the small car, which blends the three-box and coupe design philosophies of Audi, with the 4.46m-long A3 sedan featuring short overhangs, sharper door lines and slightly larger wheel arches flares than the Audi A3 sportback. The A3 sedan’s boot capacity is also increased by 55 litres, to 425 litres.
