The best motor shows to look forward to in 2016 – Part I

Car lovers will be happy to know the automotive events calendar has many surprises in store for the beginning of the new year. So here are some of the best motor shows to look forward to in 2016.

The capital city of Europe invites you to the Brussels Motor Show 2016. Scheduled between January 14th and 24th 2016, Automoto will take place at the Brussels Expo, Place de Belgique 1, 1020 Brussels. The regular entry fee for an adult is 15 EUR. Children under 6 have free access and for those aged 6 to 12, there is a discount, the ticket costing 9 EUR. This is the 94th edition of this European motor event. Among the premieres of the show, we can count the Hyundai I30 TURBO, the Audi A1 and the 2015 BMW X5M.

If you prefer Canada, between January 15th and 24th 2016, you can attend the Montreal Auto Show 2016. Hosted by the the Palais des Congres de Montreal, this year’s event will feature countless premieres and surprises and over 500 car models on display. The general admission fee is 12 EUR. Among the car manufacturers that will exhibit their models, we count Kia, Audi, Lincoln, Porsche, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Ferrari and Fiat. In December 2015, full info will be revealed on the coming Italian automotive event, the annual Bologna Motor Show scheduled to take place this coming spring at the Bologna Exhibition Centre. Apart from the exhibitions in store, the show will feature different sections, including automobiles, motorcycles, components and accessories, engines, fuels, tires and technology systems. Italy is always a busy destination, so it might be a good idea to book lodgings, plane tickets and Bologna car hire vouchers in advance.
